General appearance and composition:
• High-boiling isoparaffin with yellow-green fluorescent iron oxide pigments
• MR® 76 F H Magnetic powder suspension fluorescent, System “Hot” serves to indicate cracks when performing fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, highly sensitive test medium for temperature ranges from 50-185°C
• Yellow-green fluorescent under UV-light
• Flash point medium: > 300 °C
• Medium particle size da = 1-3 µm
• Sediment: 0,1 – 0,2 ml/100 ml (1 h)
• Low odour
• Aerosol over head sprayable
Application:
• Remove tinder, rust and other contaminations from surface in a suitable manner
• Apply MR® 76 F H on the surface during magnetization
• Under UV-light discontinuities will appear as yellow-green fluorescent magnetic particle indications on surface
Safety precautions:
• On use in higher temperature ranges, the risks associated with this should be adequately considered. Burns to the skin, flammability and vapour build up of substances may mean corresponding dangers. The work area must always be suitably ventilated and personnel exposure carefully assessed.
Minimum shelf life:
• Will keep for a minimum of 4 years, stored at room temperature
