Features
Auto-Mix
Auto-Mix simplifies the sometimes complex procedure of blending two different frequency signals. On the AeroCheck+, this can be achieved through a few simple steps. Setting Auto-Mix is as easy as pressing a single button.
Innovative "Loop" Function
“Loop” is a convenient way to capture a live, repeating signal and then adjust instrument settings—particularly Phase, Gain, and Filters—to simplify parameter optimization.
"Guides" Function
“Guides” allows the user to display a slideshow easily created with common desktop software. This feature enables adding instructions, guidance, and procedures for the inspection directly onto the AeroCheck+, allowing the NDT inspector to switch seamlessly between performing the inspection and viewing the “Guides” during a live test.
Trace
The Trace function allows saving a reference waveform on the screen, displayed alongside the grid lines behind the live spot. This makes it easier for the operator to compare live data with the reference calibration.
Operator-Defined Soft Keys
There are four soft key positions for operator-selected icons of frequently used functions and a fifth position for the last used menu function. Each saved instrument setting can be associated with a unique one-touch set of quick-access functions. There are also two hard keys on the front panel that can be easily programmed for one-touch instrument functions.
Industry-Standard Probe Connectors
All probe connections on the AeroCheck 3 are IP68 rated, further enhancing this flaw detector’s adaptability across various industrial sectors.
Probe Connector LEMO 12-way 2B (IP68): Absolute, Bridge, Reflection, and Conductivity.
Probe Connector LEMO Coaxial OO (IP68): Absolute
