GX Orion – stationary UV-LED inspection lamps (overhead)

GX Orion is a modular overhead UV-LED system for 24/7 operation, developed for fluorescent NDT (FPI/MPI), quality control and inspection lines. The system consists of 3 “mother” units (standalone lamps) and 2 “extension” units (for expanding the light field). The modules are connected using the supplied cable bridges or custom cables, allowing you to build the beam profile and coverage your application requires.

• GX Orion with remote control – Mother (L3100)
  > 7,000 µW/cm² @ 38.1 cm, integrated white light, dimming + timer via control panel, remote control in the box. Beam Ø approx. 38×30 cm.

• GX Orion UV & White – Mother (L3101)
  > 7,000 µW/cm² @ 38.1 cm, white light with robust stainless steel on/off push bars. Beam Ø approx. 38×30 cm.

• GX Orion UV – Mother (L3102)
  > 5,000 µW/cm² @ 38.1 cm, without white light – when maximum UV intensity is required. Beam Ø approx. 35×26 cm.
   

Options/expansion (accessories)

• GX Orion UV & White – Extension (L3104)
  Extends UV&White with remote control or UV&White with > 7,000 µW/cm² and the same beam as the mother unit.

• GX Orion UV – Extension (L3105)
  Extends the UV mother unit with > 5,000 µW/cm² and the same beam as the mother unit.

Tip: One PSU can supply up to three lamps. If you need to cover larger areas, you can connect modules long-to-long or short-to-short with the supplied cable bridges – or order custom cables to create spacing between the lamps and thereby increase the total illuminated area.
