General appearance and composition:
· Oil suspendable concentrate with fluorescent ferromagnetic particles
· No declaration of hazardous ingredients
· Flash point 130°C
· Medium particle size da = 3 µm
· Yellow-green fluorescent under UV-radiation
· Sediment: 0,10 – 0,30 ml / 100 ml (1 h)
Application:
· Remove tinder, rust and other contaminations from surface in a suitable manner
· Shake concentrate well
· Dilute 1:100 in MR ® Flux oil
· During magnetization (e.g. with a MR ® Hand yoke) spray the preparation on the surface
· Under UV-radiation discontinuities will appear as yellow-green fluorescent magnetic particle indications
Minimum shelf life:
· Will keep for a minimum of 4 years, stored at room temperature
