Stationary UV lighting for FPI/MPI
GX Orion 2.0 Master is a mains-powered stationary UV-A LED inspection light for fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection (FPI/MPI).
Choose the right variant
Choose Flood for broad coverage, Mid for higher UV irradiance or Spot for longer working distances and smaller wash stations.
Beam area is specified above 1,000 µW/cm². Flood and Mid are measured at 38.1 cm; Spot at 60 cm. Mid Remote is adjustable from 2,000 to 9,000 µW/cm².

UV-A and white light with separate on/off buttons.
Remote
UV-A and white light with remote control, UV dimming, a timer and a PLC interface.
For single modules with white light, Labino specifies 5,000 lx for Flood and 10,000 lx for Mid/Spot at 38.1 cm.

One PSU powers a maximum of three lamp modules in a Master/Extension system. Match both beam profile and light type as shown in the table. Custom cable lengths are available. Contact us about larger installations or connection to an existing GX Orion installation.
