General appearance and composition:
• Mixture of isoparaffinic carbonhydroxides, additives and pigments
• MR® 76 F Magnetic powder suspension fluorescent serves to indicate cracks when performing magnetic particle inspection under UV-light
• Medium particle size: da = 3-4 µm
• Low odour, oil based
• Sediment: 0,2-0,3 ml / 100 ml (1 h)

• Type testing in accordance to DIN EN ISO 9934 part 2
• Examination of corrosive ingredients according ASME Code V, Section V, Article 6, T-641
• In correspondence with Lloyd's Reg., Bureau Veritas, Det Norske Veritas, admitted by Framatome ANP
• Produits et Matériaux Utilisables en Centrales (PMUC)
• Aerosol overhead sprayable
Application:
• Remove fat and oil (e.g. with MR® 71 Paint Remover) as well as tinder, rust and other contaminations from surface in a suitable manner
• Apply MR® 76 F Magnetic powder suspension fluorescent on the surface during magnetization (e.g. with a MR® Hand yoke)
• Under UV-light discontinuities will appear as yellow-green fluorescent magnetic particle indications on surface
• After documentation the surface can be cleaned with MR® 71 Paint Remover
• Processing temperature max. 100 °C
Minimum shelf life:
• Will keep for a minimum of 4 years, stored at room temperature
